All sales are final unless the product is damaged or faulty. 

Any damages or broken products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

We are happy to give advice on plant care but please make sure you know the care requirements of each plant before purchasing. 

Any refunds may take up to 48 hours to be issued. 

Please make sure you are in to collect your delivery if ordering during very hot or cold seasons as this could affect plant health if exposed to excessive heat or cold for prolonged periods. 

We reserve the right to refuse sales if a person is abusive or behaves dishonestly. 

All photos are of plants are correct at the time they were taken, please take into consideration some trees drop leaves and make look different when you receive them to the photos in some cases.
